Supported Programs (Both Macintosh and Windows) We have the latest versions of the following graphics programs:

(Note: We cannot produce film from Microsoft Publisher® or Microsoft Word® files.)


To ensure that your files are output correctly, we have developed the following list of requirements. If you have any questions regarding these requirements, please contact us at (714) 693-8168.


Checklist


A hardcopy of the artwork to be output is included

All placed images are included

All screen and printer fonts are included (or ALL fonts are turned to outlines)

Sufficient bleed is included in the file. (Printed Material such as Sleeves, Wraps, Inserts and Wallets- Need a template? Ask your Customer Service Rep or Sales Person to email you one.)

Artwork is fitted to correct template. (DVD/CD imprints - Need a template? Ask your Customer Service Rep or Sales Person to email you one.)

Crop marks and registration marks are included in the file and will print on every plate.

DVD/CD imprints will be printed without a white flood unless otherwise indicated. Please be aware that a white flood is considered another ink and you may be charged for another plate.

Colors are labeled Spot or CMYK

All color images are CMYK, No RGB values

Images are set to correct resolution (300dpi minimum for Printed Matter and Offset Imprints, 72dpi minimum for Silkscreened imprints)

Prepress charges for fixing any files that do not meet these requirements are $60 per hour.
(1 hour minimum)
